This service is designed for groups of individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, including age groups 3-4 years, 5-6 years, 7-8 years, and 9-12 years. It includes a Behavior Identification Assessment (CPT Code 97151), Group Adaptive Behavior Treatment with Protocol Modifications (CPT Code 97158) for up to 12 participants, and Group Adaptive Behavior Treatment by Protocol (CPT Code 97154). The service is provided in natural or common settings such as schools, homes, and community environments.
