This service is designed for individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, ages 2 to 21. It includes a Behavior Identification Assessment (CPT Code 97151), which leads to an Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP). The service also encompasses adaptive behavior treatment with protocol modifications (CPT Code 97155), adaptive behavior treatment by protocol (CPT Code 97153), and the preparation of detailed reports on the individual's status, history, treatment, and progress (CPT Code 90889).

If needed, additional services such as supported assessment (CPT Code 0362T) and supported program modification with the help of two or more technicians (CPT Code 0373T) may be provided and adjusted as needed based on behavior progress. This service will be delivered on a 1:1 basis and can take place in the individual’s home, school, or community.
